Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

Welcome to my Link-Up for BOMs Away Mondays!

We'd love to see the BOM you're working on lately.
This week's link-up is at the bottom of this post.

It's getting there.  :)  The medallion cottage is finished and I've got 3 good chunks of the central section constructed.

The center row

and the rows that go above and below it

Good bit of work for not getting top priority right now.

I can't believe the difference between yesterday and today!

We had an awesome visit from our young friend, Kyle, from Florida, and being such a beautiful day, we took him on a hike up the canyon to the reservoirs.

Palmer Lake Upper Reservoir

Kyle at Upper Reservoir:

I adore this shot of my man at Upper that our daughter caught:

Four of our clan *on* Lower Reservoir:
(Love how it looks like we're floating!)

Scott, Me, Devon, Marissa

After we got home, Devon and Marissa had a little fun with some baby butternuts and my scraps box.  :D

Capt. Jack Squasher and Paul Stanley

But TODAY is an entirely different kind of day!

We woke up to this:

And it made us smile!

Gorgeous powder for a nice Sunday walk around the neighborhood with my youngest.

And you gotta make angels in the field!

But this guy doesn't look so happy about the snow.  :D

I'm really liking our new home.

  6. So jealous of your snow. We're just getting freezing rain. Snow is so much better cold rain.
